    Albacore

Albacore is seafood, fish, oysters, cocktails, a wine bar, a patio, and French cuisine. A high-calibre culinary experience that’s big on refined flavours.

    Le Fin Gourmet

My favourite restaurant is Le Fin Gourmet in Saint-Sauveur. It’s kind of a hole in the wall, but you’ll be blown away by the quality of the food. I highly recommend the sweetbreads, and the desserts. You cannot leave without having dessert.

    Le Mezzé

I love eating at Le Mezzé. It’s a very typical Greek restaurant with delicious, authentic fare. It always takes me back to my trip to Greece.

    Q-de-Sac Resto Pub

My favourite restaurant is Q-de-Sac, hands down. Tucked away in Petit-Champlain, it’s cozy and charming, with a super friendly owner and staff. The beef tartare is so good. So are the wood-fired pizzas, the poutine, and especially the onion soup, with all that gooey cheese melted in the wood-fired oven. I’ve lost count of how many people I’ve recommended this hidden gem to, and they’ve all gone back.

    Restaurant Alentours

Restaurant Alentours embraces sustainable practices and serves a five-course set menu that’s always tasty and unexpected. It has a simple, minimalist decor and a warm, close-knit team. Easily my top pick in Québec City.

I love Tapas & Liège. The food is excellent and always well presented, and they’ve got a lovely selection of wine you won’t find anywhere else. Plus, the staff are super attentive. It’s good food and good wine—all in good company!
