What to Do in Québec City in August

Québec City's central neighbourhoods are concentrated in a relatively small area, so it’s easy to get from one to the next. • Plein Art: The most important summer gathering of crafts in the province. 
• Festibière de Québec: A summer happening for beer lovers.
