Located in the inner courtyard of the Parliament Building, the restaurant Le Parlementaire is open to the general public. In keeping with its sustainable development action plan, the restaurant turns to local suppliers for most of its ingredients, a number of which are the product of Le Parlementaire's urban agricultural program. From the honey collected from the Parliament's own hives to the fine herbs, fruit and vegetables used in various dishes, you can savour a bit of Québec in every mouthful!
Schedule and Details
Hours: year-round, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Open upon request for groups of up to 25 in the evening and on the weekend.
Closed: Closed during Christmas holidays.
