The hotel, adjacent to the Château Frontenac, is named after the magnificent park that it faces, named in honour of Sir Lomer Gouin, a former Premier and Lieutenant-Governor of Québec. This building in which he resided, was built during the early days of the colony. The hotel Au Jardin du Gouverneur has preserved its century-old charm and elegance, all the while offering comfort and hospitality.
