After 365 days of festivities and close to 300 events marking the 400th anniversary of the founding of Québec City, the first permanent French settlement in North America, the city is getting ready to celebrate one last time this evening. With a few days remaining before Salut 400^e!, the last big event of the 2008 celebrations, the Société du^e anniversaire de Québec joined the City of Québec, the Québec City police department, the Réseau de Transport de la Capitale and the Bureau du développement touristique et des grands événements to announce the logistics, traffic control and security measures in effect on December 31.
