In addition to making wine vinegar from fruit according to traditional methods, we are the largest organic blackcurrant producer in North America. Tour of the vinegar-making facilities upon reservation for groups of at least 10. Free sampling. Charming boutique/café. Enjoy cookies, soft ice cream and gelato while sitting on the veranda overlooking the St. Lawrence River or beside the small Captain Joe Noel Waterfall.
