The Maison de nos Aïeux presents two exhibitions about the island's history. A genealogy center can also be found at this location. The former presbytery and the Île d'Orléans' founding family monument are both located in the Ancêtres-de-l'Île-d'Orléans Park. The Maison Drouin, one of the first homes built on the island during the 18th century, was a private residence until 1984. Since its construction, it has never been modernized.

    Closed: Maison Drouin: from Thanksgiving Day to June 24. Maison de nos Aïeux: from December 8 to February 13.
