Héritage faune, the foundation run by the provincial hunters' and fishers' federation, is presently developing a wildlife heritage park, the Boisé héritage faune, behind its headquarters. The first part of the main trail has already been completed, along which have been installed 24 interpretive panels on Québec wildlife and their habitats. The ideal setting to raise visitors' awareness about the wild. Eventually, nearly 1 km (½ mile) of walking trails will criss-cross the park. If all goes well, the park will open in the spring of 2013.

Hours: reception and exhibition centre, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Official opening of the walking paths in the spring of 2013. Open daily, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Snowshoeing in the winter. Solely French content.
Closed: The visitor reception area and exhibition room are closed from Christmas to New Year's Day. Closed Saturdays, Sundays and evenings.
