Ice cider, pâté, terrines and duck confits are all part of the Domaine culinary experience. Over 40 food products are prepared on the premises. This agritouristic site has a multimedia interpretation centre and a bistro, the Canotier, where you can have a meal, espresso or scrumptious snack on the terrace overlooking the St. Lawrence River. Hours: February 1 to April 30 and November 1 to November 30, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the week and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends. May 1 to October 31, daily, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. December, daily, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Open outside regular business hours upon request. Reservations required for groups.
