We purchased tickets this morning to join the bus tour of Quebec City. We tried to get on the first tour of the day. We got on at the 5th stop. The bus was oversold and there was no room on the bus to sit and very little room to stand. We were right near the driver….people were standing past the ‘safe’ yellow line. We couldn’t see anything. At the next stop, four more people got on. It was almost impossible to stand as there was nothing to hold onto. 4 more people tried to get on, but the driver told them there was no room. The man argued with the driver for at least 10 minutes while everyone waited. Because we thought this was now beyond the safe point, we got off of the bus to walk back. When we arrived back at our hotel, Hotel Gemaine-Dominion, we asked for them to call and obtain a refund as we were unable to use this service. We were told that the company would not give refunds. This was unbelievable. We will refuse the charge on our credit card as the servi
