    1. «A nice second experience»

      Étoiles

Sophie, Québec Tuesday, March 19, 2013

Hi, Following my first comment, I went back to the station 2 times and I had a nice surprise. The silence was respected everywhere (they added silence indications on the walls and an employee was present to make it respected too); I had a great relaxation experience these two times. I might went on a bad day for the first time, and I surely recommand this place regarding my last visits.

I have been to many spa stations, and this one was quite deceiving. Despite the beautiful place close to the fleuve st-laurent and employees courtesy, I found this place a way too noisy to relax. A lot of young people (18-25 years old) were in groups and talked loudly in the nordic spa and the hamman, and nobody from the employees told them to respect the rules for silence. There are two rest areas, and both of them are at the second levels, so you have to take a stair to reach it, and the steps are creaky and the door you have to push after makes a lot of noise too, not to mention the squeaky chairs. So everytime someone goes up or down, you are taken off of your relaxation. The bathrooms are wide and clean, but there was no bench or tablet inside the shower to put your personnal things (just 2 hooks to hang clothes), so you have to put your hairbrush, soap and stuff on the floor. When I went, it was really cold outside (-25) and it was really icy at the exit of each building, I almos
