We are Québec City's only oyster bar. Discover Chef Benoît Poliquin's "bistronomic" cuisine: blood pudding and pork belly, eco-friendly bluefin tuna saku, catch of the day, AAA beef flank steak, torchon-style liver pâté with tatin-style apple upside down cake, duck poutine and oysters Rockefeller. Our private lounge can accommodate groups of up to 35 and is the perfect place to meet business clients or hang out with friends.
