Be sure to visit our traditional vinegar-making facilities in the beautiful countryside. In addition to making wine vinegar from fruit according to age-old methods, we are the largest organic black currant producer in North America (our black currants come from our farm, Ferme Capitaine Noël). Free sampling. Tour of the vinegar-making facilities and farm. Charming boutique/café. Enjoy soft ice cream, gelato or black currant sorbet while admiring the view of the St. Lawrence River or sitting beside the small Captain Joe Noël Waterfall.
