Try North America's first cheese, which is only made on Île d'Orléans and has been enjoyed for centuries. Prepared with a recipe brought over from Europe by early New France settlers. Staff in period costume. Try cheese made on the island or elsewhere in Québec on our covered terrace. At the onsite shop, you will also find an impressive variety of local products, including homemade spruce beer.
