Founded in Québec City by the Jesuits in 1635, Collège Saint-Charles-Garnier is the oldest francophone college in North America. The College is recognized in Canada and around the world for the excellence of its second language instruction (French and English, among others). Language learning takes place within the framework of an intercultural awareness program in a predominantly French-speaking environment with a rich heritage and culture.
