Founded in 1997, the RIMQ is a grouping of over thirty organizations (museums, interpretation centres and historical sites) dedicated to enhancing Québec City's scientific, artistic, archeological, religious, military and naval heritage. The twofold objectives of the RIMQ are to establish ties among members and pursue common promotional and marketing activities aimed at increasing members' visibility among the regional, scholastic and touristic clientele.
