Culture et Patrimoine Deschambault-Grondines (CPDG) is recognized for its efforts at safeguarding and promoting local heritage. In addition to managing the heritage interpretation centres for the Chevrotière Mill and the Old Deschambault Presbytery, the CPDG is currently working with the manufacturing plant to enhance the church. The CPDG hosts workshops on traditional crafts (metalworking, sculpting and singing), invites contemporary artists to activities held at heritage sites and is a major partner of the Portneuf flax festival.
