The Hôtel de Glace Opens Under the Theme Myths and Legends from Around the World
January 2, 2014
Under construction for several busy weeks, the Hôtel de Glace will open its doors tomorrow at 10 a.m. Built entirely from snow and ice, this totally unique hotel welcomes guests and visitors of all ages to a fun and fascinating experience from morning to night. The Hôtel de Glace is open to the public every day from 10 a.m. to midnight until March 23. As of 8 p.m., hotel rooms and suites are reserved for overnight guests only.
This winter, visitors to the Hôtel de Glace can explore the new snowshoe trails and go snow tube sliding outdoors on the grand slide, treat themselves to delicious maple products at the sugar shack or come inside for a cocktail served in a sparkling ice glass. And they won't want to miss the festive evening events or the special Behind the Scenes tour to discover the secrets of the hotel's impressive construction behind its frozen facade.
Inspired by the theme Myths and Legends from Around the World, all the hotel suites, along with the bar, lobby and chapel were imaginatively designed to show visitors a world of wonders everywhere they turn.
