Hôtel Manoir Victoria recently invested nearly $3 million in the refurbishment of the main lobby and the opening of “boreal bistro” restaurant, Chez Boulay. Hotel Manoir Victoria is now redoing all eight of its meeting rooms, dining room and suites.
