The Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec will have the privilege of hosting a rare exhibition of work by nearly fifty American and Mexican women artists who explored Surrealism between 1930 and 1980, including Louise Bourgeois and the world-famous Frida Kahlo. 180 works from nearly 75 public and private collections in the United States, Mexico and Europe give powerful expression to this unusual artistic approach.

Produced and performed in Québec City by Robert Lepage and Ex Machina, the world’s largest architectural projection will bring to life this huge mass of concrete, retelling in a unique way the fascinating history of Québec City.
