In 1967, the Roy family purchased a late 18th-century manor built during the English Regime and transformed it into the Manoir-sur-le-Cap Hotel. The new owners preserved the building's character and made sure each of their establishment's 14 rooms had a distinctive cachet reminiscent of yesteryear. This hotel is located in the heart of Old Québec, the most historical district in North America, and sits across from the Governors' Garden and Château Frontenac.
