The VivaCité Trail is a wonderful way to explore the city on foot. The tour is easy to follow, as the route is indicated with signs and coloured markers imbedded in the sidewalk (to be completed in 2011). Visitors have the chance to discover sites of interest (including parks, public squares, bustling streets, trendy boutiques and restaurants and many major attractions) and let their feet guide them as they wander through the streets around the fortifications.
