Kayaking down the Gouffre River, a pristine salmon river, is a wonderful family activity. Routes from 12 to 25 km (7.5 to 15.5 miles) long. The river alternates between whitewater and calm water. Perfect for beginners, families and thrill seekers. Ages three and up. One-, two- and three-seater kayaks. A stop is scheduled at a beach where you can go swimming, enjoy a picnic and admire the view. This activity is self-guided. A shuttle takes you to the departure point on the river.

Ticket office at the Baie-Saint-Paul wharf open daily from May to September. Rafting down the Gouffre River and sea kayaking on the St. Lawrence River: May 20 to September 30, daily. Stand-up paddleboarding: May 20 to September 30, daily. Canyoning: June 24 to September 5. Snowshoeing: February 18 to March 19, weekends. Winter kayaking: March 25 to April 17, weekends.
