Outdoor enthusiasts agree: this outdoor recreation centre, only 20 minutes from Québec City, is just the right place to get some fresh air and just the right dose of adrenaline.

In the spring, summer and fall, you can ride a mountain bike or fatbike along the 40 km (24.9 miles) of trails.

In the winter, get your cross-country skis waxed in the waxing room before heading out through the forest along the 40 km (24.9 miles) of trails at different levels of difficulty. During your outing, you can stop at the heated rest stations to warm up.

If ski skating or snowshoeing is more to your liking, there are 10 km (6.2 miles) of trails reserved for these activities. After you come in from the snow, unwind with a cocktail near the crackling fire at Buvette du Moulin.
