A Fun-Filled Sugar Camp Outing

Sugar cabins in the Québec area stand witness to heritage and ancestral tradition. A Québec sugar bush party is comparable to no other sugar bush party. Come along and learn how maple sap is collected, then processed according to methods handed down from Aboriginal people to the first European settlers.
