• advising the organizing committee on all conference related activities;


• informing the organizing committee about available resources for: conference speakers, city tours and trips, customs brokers, destination management companies, entertainment, etc;


• referring the organizing committee to Bureau member* companies;


• providing tools to simplify preparations for the technical and social program:
  • the Planner’s Guide and /or Conference Planner’s Guide
  • a membership directory for the Greater Québec Area Tourism
     and Conference Bureau
  • maps to identify different sites around the conference

      * The Bureau will recommend its members unless none
      of them are able to meet your specific needs.
