Easy access to the region by car, train, plane, or bus

Whatever the season, traveller access to the Québec City Area is an easy matter, since the city is a hub for major rail, plane, and motor vehicle travel activity!


By Car

The Québec City region is easily accessible by car via an excellent network of freeways and provincial highways. Highway 20 (autouroute Jean-Lesage) runs along the south shore of the St. Lawrence River, and Highway 40 (autoroute Félix-Leclerc) is the north shore access to the city.

Daily VIA Rail Canada service between Toronto, Ottawa, Montréal and Québec City. First class VIA 1 service also available.
