All year long, Québec City is tops for meetings and conventions

Whatever the season, Vieux-Québec European charm, modern infrastructure, top-rated hotels, gourmet dining, warm, personal attention to guests’ needs, all these qualities are typical Québec City trademarks. This explains why we are considered a ‘par excellence’ convention and business meeting destination.

Spring is the season for sugar camp outing fun, Festival de la gastronomie, Carrefour international de théâtre, Festival d’humour de Québec. Come summertime, Place-Royale comes alive with a richly diversified cultural events program, including Fêtes de la Nouvelle-France, which bring back the days of the French Regime. Festival events, lively nightlife opportunities, and numerous other activities and events are also featured in the Vieux-Québec area. Fall provides us with flamboyant natural outdoor scenery, and still more festival events : la Grande virée des couleurs (colours of autumn), la Fête des vendanges (harvest celebrations), le Festival de l’oie des neiges (snow geese), le Festival d’automne, le Festival des arts traditionnels (traditional arts), le Festival des musiques sacrées (sacred music). Winter then sets in, with its complete change of scene and garanteed unforgettable moments for guests who see snow for the first time. Québec City, snow capital, is famous for its Christmas celebrations and the Mr. Christie Quebec Winter Carnival festivities.
