Request for assisance
for journalists and media representatives


The Tourism and Convention Bureau of the Greater Québec Area can help journalists and media representatives who have come to prepare a story on the Québec City tourism industry. Whether you are a freelance journalist, an employee of a publication or a member of a production team for a television program, the Bureau can facilitate the planning of your trip. We can refer you to members of the Bureau or assist you with certain aspects of your travel plans (accommodations, transportation, restaurants, etc.) Please note that the availability of free accommodations is determined by members of the Bureau. Consequently, certain free accommodations may be difficult to obtain during peak periods. In such a case, the Bureau can take steps to ensure you obtain favourable rates. We recommend that you complete and return the help form for journalists and media representatives at least four weeks before your trip, so that we may better serve you.
